Hubbi AI is an AI-powered assistant platform that helps users manage communications, generate reports, and automate business workflows. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Gmail, Shopify, and Meta Ads upon your explicit authorization.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Gmail). By connecting these accounts, you authorize Hubbi AI to access and process data from those services solely to provide the features you request. You can revoke these permissions at any time from your account settings.

6. Credits and Payments

Some features of the Service require credits. Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Pricing and plans are subject to change with prior notice. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by Hubbi AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a license to process it to deliver the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hubbi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
